Penthouse residences are located on the top floor of The Reserve towers, with elevator access. They offer 83.95 to 88.92 m² of built area, including a living room, kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and a utility room, plus a private rooftop measuring approximately 59 to 63 m² with a jacuzzi. Depending on the layout, a Flex space and rooftop storage are also included.
Can I choose my unit?
Yes. During presale, you can review available Penthouse units in Reserve I, II and III with an advisor and reserve the one that best suits your preferences.
How much is the maintenance fee?
The monthly maintenance fee at The Reserve is MXN $3,100. At closing, a one-time equipment fund of MXN $5,000 and a reserve fund equivalent to one month of maintenance are also payable.
What is the price and what payment options are available?
During presale, you can pay for your Penthouse while it is under construction. Pricing depends on the tower and layout. Share your contact information, and an advisor will provide current presale pricing and available payment plans.
Can I rent out my condo?
Yes. Gran Selva is Airbnb-friendly. You can live in your condo, rent it independently, or work with the property management company of your choice, with no mandatory management contracts.
