Sky residences are located on the intermediate floors of The Reserve towers, from levels 2 through 5, with elevator access. They offer 83.95 to 88.92 m² of built area, including a living room, kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and a utility room.
Can I choose my floor and view?
Yes. During presale, you can review available Sky residences with an advisor, compare Reserve I, II and III, and choose the floor and view that best suit your preferences.
How much is the maintenance fee?
The monthly maintenance fee at The Reserve is MXN $3,100. At closing, a one-time equipment fund of MXN $5,000 and a reserve fund equivalent to one month of maintenance are also payable.
What is the price and what payment options are available?
During presale, you can pay for your condo while it is under construction. Pricing depends on the floor, view and layout. Share your contact information and an advisor will provide current presale pricing and available payment plans.
Can I rent out my condo?
Yes. Gran Selva is Airbnb-friendly. You can live in your condo, rent it independently or work with the property management company of your choice, without mandatory management contracts.
